This helps us keep track of our services internally, but also gives the opportunity for our customers to know more when an issue arises.
Because great technical support is a key differentiator in the service sector, we have decided to incorporate transparency value into our incident management & fault escalation process. Our equipment and assets are not failure proof, so with full transparency, our customers can quickly check if our services are operational, and what our technical team are busy working on in terms of incidents, maintenance, and reports.
We encourage our customers to always make first recourse to this app to understand our processes. We are building a participative ecosystem where our customers are given priority always.
